HD Heads-Up: November 29-December 5

A super-duper week for superheroes is looming, with Gotham’s mid-season finale airing ahead of a crossover plot for Arrow and The Flash.

In the December 4 double episode of The Flash and Arrow, the superheroes enter each other’s worlds in what’s being billed as a “dramatic face-off”.

Although The Flash’s Barry Allen was introduced in an episode of Arrow, and Arrow’s Stephen Amell briefly appeared in The Flash’s premiere, the two-hour crossover event will mark their first showdown.

Big things are expected,” Screen Rant reports. “According to the producers, the story will pack one heck of a surprise. Not to mention lead to some of the biggest laughs in The Flash‘s early days – even at the expense of Oliver Queen.”

ComicBookMovie.com is predicting “a BIG episode” for Gotham’s mid-season finale, “as the Bat and the Cat team-up for the first time and go on the run from a group of assassins”.
