My Sky + … Movies in April

Schindler’s List will premiere in HD on Sky Movies Greats the same month the 20th anniversary edition is released on Blu-ray.

Steven Spielberg’s Oscar-winner will go on sale on April 4 and to air on April 15.

It’s one of two Spielberg masterpieces bowing in HD that month — the other is Saving Private Ryan on Anzac Day.

The WWII stablemates are part of an unusually strong month for HD premieres on Sky Movies Greats that includes two of Russell Crowe’s better movies, Proof of Life (April 8) and State of Play (April 27).

Meanwhile, comedy and family films abound on Sky Movies, from The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (April 7) and The Dictator (April 23) to Arthur Christmas (April 20), and Dr Seuss’ The Lorax and The Amazing Spider-Man (April 21)
