New to Neon in April

Britannia rules next month on Sky’s SoHo and streaming service Neon.

It’s taken three months the for the Sky Atlantic drama about Rome’s occupation of Britain in 43AD to reach these shores.

But the series will be available on Neon within a day of its April 18 launch of SoHo (where it will screen 8.30 Wednesdays).

The same will be true of another SoHo premiere, season two of Westworld.

It will premiere the same time as the US on SoHo (1pm, April 23) and will be available to stream simultaneously on Neon.

Neon’s other highlights include seasons 1-3 of The Affair (from April 9), ahead of season four’s premiere in June; S3 of iZombie (from April 4); S4a of Fear the Walking Dead (from April 17); and S2 of Outcast (from April 2).

Movie premieres include Death Race 2050 (from April 1), Wonder Woman (from April 2), My Cousin Rachel (from April 4), The Five Year Engagement (from April 11) and Despicable Me 3 (from April 26).

Sky says Game of Thrones remains the most watched show on Neon, followed by: Nashville, Paw Patrol, The Flash, Supernatural, Big Little Lies, Ballers, Silicon Valley, Sex and the City, Supergirl, Moana, Beauty and the Beast, Trolls, Sing and The Lego Batman Movie.

It’s worth noting that The Flash, Supergirl and Supernatural can be streamed in HD on Neon whereas on Sky 5 they’re SD-only.
