Coming Soon to Prime Video

Action-packed pirate movie The Bluff starring Kiwi Karl Urban sets sail on Prime Video on February 25.

Citadel’s Priyanka Chopra Jonas plays Ercell “Bloody Mary” Bodden, an ex-pirate who “navigates a treacherous battle against her violent past to protect her family”. Reads the rest of the blurb:

But when her notorious former captain, Connor (Karl Urban), arrives seeking revenge, Ercell’s world is torn apart. Forced to confront the demons she’s tried to bury, Ercell is thrust back into a deadly game of secrets and survival.

Armed with lethal swordsmanship, cunning traps, and a fierce will to protect those she loves, she wages a brutal war against Connor’s merciless crew. Ercell’s fight to save her family becomes a journey of redemption, as she reclaims her power and embraces the warrior she once was.

Directed by Frank E. Flowers, with a script he co-wrote with Joe Ballarini, The Bluff brings an epic period thriller to life, set in the uniquely historical and culturally rich Cayman Islands featuring stunning real-world locations, including the Skull Cave and the iconic bluff.

Prime Video also has released the trailer for the Paul McCartney documentary, Man on the Run, which streams from February 27.

It chronicles McCartney’s post-Beatles solo career as he faces emotional, artistic, and personal challenges while defining a new decade of music.

Through unprecedented access to previously unseen footage, rare archival materials, and deeply personal interviews, the film captures a transformative era—one marked by reinvention, family unity, artistic risk-taking, and the iconic Wings years.

Prime Video also has revealed the official trailer for season two of detective drama Cross, which launches with three episodes on February 11.

The first season generated more than 40 million viewers globally over its first 20 days, making it a breakout hit for Prime Video.

S2 pushes the series into “a bolder, more dangerous chapter” as billionaire business titan Lance Durand (Matthew Lillard) calls the FBI for protection after receiving a death threat that links him to the murder of a billionaire playboy.

Detective Alex Cross (Aldis Hodge) and FBI Agent Kayla Craig (Alona Tal) lead a new joint mission to protect Durand and to find the killer, who leaves behind gruesome clues.
