First Look: Apex

Netflix will stream Apex, a new thriller showcasing Charlize Theron’s trademark “badassery”, from April 24. She plays a grieving woman who seeks solace in the wilderness of remote New South Wales — only to become ensnared in a deadly game of cat and mouse with a serial killer (Smoke’s Taran Egerton). Eric Bana (Untamed) co-stars; Baltasar Kormákur (Everest, Adrift) directs.
