Reviews were mixed but a second season was commissioned. “In spite of the plot labyrinth that any conspiracy theory naturally creates, Salvation keeps its story understandable and makes us keep wanting to know what happens next,” said The Huffington Post. But Variety quipped: “Salvation takes the always fun pop culture concept of a killer asteroid/meteor/comet from outer space (Armageddon, Deep Impact) and removes fun from the equation” …

➢➢  Prime will screen 24/7 The Match: Tiger vs Phil on November 23 at 9.35 but there’s no sign of Sky carrying the actual match that it backgrounds ahead of Sky Sport 3’s live coverage the next morning. The documentary promises to go behind the scenes with Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson as they prepare for the head-to-head, winner-takes-all match

➢➢  Also new to Prime will be Prime Rocks: Carpool Karaoke – When Corden Met McCartney (8.30 Wednesday), in which the music maestro gives the talk show host a tour of his hometown. Reports USA Today: “Along the way, he peppers their ride with charming anecdotes about The Beatles and his solo career, including what he thinks of the ‘Paul is dead’ fan theories (‘We just kind of let it go,’ he says) and why he’s the only one barefoot on the Abbey Road album cover (he wore sandals that day because it was hot and decided to take them off)” …

➢➢ Returning the same week will be Sugar Free Farm (TVNZ 1, 8.30 Tuesday), Highway Patrol (TVNZ 2, 8.00 Thursday) and The Russell Howard Hour (Duke, 9.30 Thursday) while ending their runs will be Our Dream HotelOcean Predators, The Brokenwood Mysteries and Inside Out Homes

➢➢  The November 23 broadcast of The Graham Norton Show (Three, 8.00) will feature Sir Ian McKellan, Carey Mulligan, Taron Egerton and Michael Buble …

On iTunes they have not got the movie Mission Impossible: Fallout and WOW, what a brilliant movie, it’s definitely well worth watching. Tom Cruise is amazing as is New Zealand YIPPEE.

  2. The Tiger vs Phil golf match is listed in the Sky Watch as screening on Sky Sport 3 on Saturday 24th November at 9am.

  3. Thanks, Bruce. Sky still hasn’t confirmed this with me and hasn’t highlighted it in the info they send media, so good to know.

  4. Sky’s confirmed coverage will now screen from 8am on November 24. It will be live on Sky Sport 3 but the only replays will be on-demand on MySky and SkyGo.
