TV One’s 9.30 drama Scandal continues to languish on sub-par ratings (1.3% – 2.1%) against TV2’s Tabitha Takes Over (4.8% – 6.9%) and TV3’s Underbelly: Squizzy (2.8% – 3.9%).

TV2 dominated Tuesday with The Amazing Race (7.5% – 11.3%), The Mentalist (7.3% – 13.1%) and The Walking Dead (4.3% – 5.4%).
