HD Ratings: Big Appetite for Eat Well
Three’s David Lomas Investigates took a hit on Tuesday, when it was down sharply in the network’s 25-54 demographic against TVNZ 1’s Eat Well for Less NZ.
It averaged 4.7% of the core commercial demo both channels covet compared to 7.2% the previous week.
Eat Well also rated lower week on week (7.7%), but declined only 1.5 rating points.
For the first time, both shows faced off against TVNZ 2’s MKR: The Rivals, which averaged 5.3% of 25-54s vs 6.5% the previous week for The Amazing Race.
In TVNZ 2’s key demo, 18-49, it averaged 4.2% vs Eat Well’s 6.1% and Investigates’ 3.5% (compared with 5.8% last week).
TVNZ 1 again dominated the night but TVNZ 2 won the biggest shares of 18-39s and household shoppers with kids.
Here are Tuesday’s most-watched primetime programmes on the free-to-air HD channels (excluding +1 and in order of their 5+ rating and audience share):
