HD Ratings: Match Fit No Match for Paramedics
Three’s premiere of Match Fit on Tuesday out-rated TVNZ 2’s Dog Almighty but not TVNZ 1’s Paramedics in the 25-54 and 18-49 demographics.
The All Blacks reunion challenge averaged 5.1% of 25-54s and 4.0% of 18-49s compared with 6.0% and 4.7% respectively for Paramedics.
Dog Almighty won the 7.30 hour with 18-39 year-olds and also beat Match Fit in the household shoppers-with-kids demo.
The night’s other Kiwi premiere, TVNZ 1’s Man Enough, won the 8.30 hour in all the core commercial demos, averaging 1.8% – 4.1%.
In the battle of the 8.30 comedies, TVNZ 2’s Young Sheldon double-bill trailed Three’s Mean Mums and Golden Boy across the board.
At 9.30, the second half of Duke’s movie, St Vincent, dominated in all the key demos except HHS/k, who opted for Three’s NCIS: Los Angeles.
Earlier in the night, TVNZ 1’s news and current affairs block easily out-rated Three’s.
TVNZ 1 led the night in all the major demos, scoring much bigger shares than TVNZ 2 or Three.
