HD Ratings: Minds Still Criminally Popular
Criminal Minds continues to be a star performer for TV One midway through its ninth season.
Monday’s episode averaged 5.1% – 11.3% of the major demographics to win the 8.30 hour among 25-54 year-olds and household shoppers with kids.
Its enduring popularity helped lead-out Castle (2.2% – 5.4%) to beat Grey’s Anatomy (3.5% – 6.2%) in the 25-54 demo and to trail it by only a point among HHS/k.
TV2’s new 7.30 comedy Ground Floor (7.7% – 11.0%) continues to rate relatively well off the back of Shortland Street (15.2% – 22.1%).
It and stablemate Cougar Town (9.0% – 11.7%) out-rated TV3’s The X Factor Australia (8.1% – 11.3%) in all the key demos except 18-39 and helped lead-out Wentworth (7.0% – 9.0%) to win the 8.30 hour in the younger demos.
But overall TV3’s re-run of All About Steve won the 18-39 race, with the second half easily pulling ahead of Grey’s Anatomy.
