HDTV Ratings: June 13
Nurse Jackie rebounded in last night’s ratings after last week’s shocking lows.
In the 18-49 and 25-54 demographics, viewership almost doubled, rising from around 3.6% the previous week to 6.3%.
Among household shoppers with kids, the rating climbed from 5.6% to 8.4%.
TV2’s HD opposition, Brothers & Sisters, won the 9.30pm hour. It was down a point or so in the age demos but up one-and-a-half points among HHS/kids.
Over on TV One, Castle held steady on ratings of 6.2%-7.5% while its HD lead-in, Criminal Minds, slipped in the 18-49 and 25-54 stakes but drew more HHS/kids in a largely even contest with TV3’s CSI.
Both crime hours were easily beaten by TV2’s Desperate Housewives, which rated around 14% in the 18-39, 18-49 and 25-54 demos, and nearly 20% of HHS/kids.
Monday’s hour-long ‘winter edition’ of Shortland Street continues to dwarf everything else, with ratings ranging from 19.7% (18-49) to 30.4% (HHS/kids).
