HDTV Ratings: June 22-23
The series finale of No Ordinary Family won its time slot with household shoppers with kids but lost to Bones in the 18-39, 18-49 and 25-54 demographics.
It drew 11.1% of HHS/kids, 7.3% of 25-54 year-olds, 8.1% of 18-49 year-olds and 8% of 18-39 year-olds.
HD lead-in Rescue 1 rebounded after last week’s slump to win its slot in all of the key demos, and with HHS/kids was more popular than Shortland Street.
Wednesday’s Survivor: Redemption Island also posted a big hike.
After weeks of limping along with barely 5% ratings, it scored a 25-54 rating of 8.3% and an 18-49 rating of 8.1%.
But the biggest bounceback was with HHS/kids: 9.1% compared with last week’s 2%!
Sons of Anarchy also continues to rate strongly, being tops in the 18-49 and 25-54 stakes, and competitive with Drop Dead Diva and The Investigator among HHS/kids.
Just as consistent is TV2’s HD sitcom combo of The Big Bang Theory and Cougar Town, which is four-to-six times more popular than the competition.
