HDTV Ratings: March 8
Go Girls is turning into the Outrageous Fortune of Tuesday nights for TV2.
From the same stable as the Westie HD hit, it is proving unassailable at 8.30pm, with neither TV One’s Undercover Boss nor TV3’s NCIS: Los Angeles able to challenge it.
Last night’s episodes drew 13.5% of 18-49 year-olds versus 5.7% for TV3’s HD rival, and 14.6% of 25-54 vs 6.9%.
Only with household shoppers with kids was NCIS: LA less of an also-ran, drawing 10.1% vs Go Girls’ 14.8%.
With TV2’s target audience, 18-39 year-olds, Go Girls rated 15% — three times that of NCIS: LA.
Off the Map, which follows Go Girls at 9.30pm, also is winning its slot in all the key demos (except HHS/kids), albeit by a much smaller margin.
At 8pm, TV3’s HD reality show, Missing Pieces, is competitive with 18-49 year-olds and 25-54 year-olds, but not HHS/kids, where it rated 9.5% vs Hell’s Kitchen’s 14.5%.
