It’s the Muppet Horror Show Tonight

Disney+ today released the trailer for The Muppet’s Halloween special that will premiere on October 8. Muppets Haunted Mansion stars Will Arnett (as The Ghost Host), Yvette Nicole Brown (as The Hearse Driver), Darren Criss (as The Caretaker), and Taraji P. Henson (as The Bride). In the Muppets’ first ever Halloween special, fearless daredevil the Great Gonzo takes on his greatest challenge: spending one very daring night in the most grim grinning place on Earth … The Haunted Mansion. The rest of the cast includes Chrissy Metz, Alfonso Ribeiro, Jeannie Mai , Danny Trejo, Sasheer Zamata, Craig Robinson, Skai Jackson, Pat Sajak, Geoff Keighley, Justina Machado, John Stamos, Kim Irvine and, in one of his last roles, Edward Asner. The Muppets Haunted Mansion EP will release the same day with three new original songs (“Rest in Peace,” “Life Hereafter” and “Tie the Knot Tango”) and a cover of “Dancing in the Moonlight.”
