My Sky + … Movies in July

Superheroes and super ‘toons abound on Sky Movies in July.

But don’t expect to see Captain America on July 4, Independence Day — it won’t premiere until the end of the month.

Debuting ahead of it will be X-Men: First Class and Transformers 3 while animation fans can thrill to Cars 2, Hoodwinked Too! and The Smurfs.

Other school holiday attractions will include Super 8, Zookeeper, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Roderick Rules and, on Sky Movies Greats, The Dark Crystal.

Horror fans should prepare for an onslaught that ranges from obscurities like Slayer, Demon Hunter and Behind the Mask to such franchises as Scream and Hostel, and the re-make of The Hills Have Eyes.
