Nat Geo’s Earth Moods Bound for Disney+

Disney+ has released a trailer for a slow TV series it will stream from April 16 called Earth Moods. The National Geographic production is billed as “a visual and soundscape experience” that transports viewers to “a vast array of colourful and calming corners of the world” from blue glaciers and  arid deserts to lush rainforests and pulsating metropolises. “With an original score produced by Neil Davidge, known for ‘Massive Attack’ as well as collaborations with Snoop Dogg and David Bowie, each ‘mood’ gives the audience an opportunity to relax and reset as the sound of music and the natural world washes over them.” The five episodes are: Frozen Calm, Night Lights, Tropical Serenity, Desert Solitude and Peaceful Patterns. The trailer maxes out at 1080p but hopefully the series will be in 4K.
