Netflix Unleashes Sam Neill Thriller

Untamed leads The Guardian’s list of the top seven shows to stream this week (see trailer here).

The six-part Netflix thriller from Mark L Smith, who wrote American Primeval and The Reverent, stars Sam Neill and Eric Bana.

Bana plays a troubled special agent for the National Parks service who suspects foul play in the brutal death of a woman who  plunges from a cliff.

Neill co-stars as his boss and Lily Santiago his new partner from LA.

Movieweb dubbed it “a perfect summer thriller” and The Guardian a “slow-burning but gripping murder mystery set in the vast Yosemite wilderness”.

It streams from July 17.
