I just read a news report saying the merger between Warner Bros and Discovery may become official in just 3 months so I’m starting to feel excited about the possibilities of what it may mean for New Zealand and Three. I think it’s going to be massive ?
Indeed, Trevor. It will hugely upset the status quo in a market like ours.
I’m sure once it becomes official there will be LOTS of questions asked about what it means for New Zealand as nothing like this has ever happened here before. It’s truly a first. I’m pleased for Three though as they have had quite a tough history with their owners but now the world could really be their oyster ?
