New to Amazon Prime Video in December

A series about one of Hollywood’s most famous couples and the final season of sci-fi series The Expanse lead the Amazon Prime Video premieres in December, along with two new romantic-comedy series and two new thriller movies.

Being the Ricardos, from writer-director Aaron Sorkin, dramatises stars Nicole Kidman as  Lucille Ball and Javier Bardem as Desi Arnaz during  one critical production week of their ground-breaking sitcom I Love Lucy.

Encounter is billed as “a gripping story of a father’s mission to keep his children safe at all costs” (Riz Ahmed and Octavia Spencer star) and The Protege teams Micheal Keaton, Maggie Q and Samuel L Jackson in a thriller about an assassin who vows vengeance when her mentor is murdered.
