New to Blu: January 6 – 12

Greenland is the week’s only Blu-ray release — although there should have been a second.

Roadshow Entertainment is distributing Antebellum on Blu-ray in Australia but here has relegated it to DVD only.

However, it can be streamed in HD on various services, although not in 4K (unless you can access an Apple TV US account).

As for Greenland, the Gerard Butler disaster movie lands here on disc three weeks ahead of the US.

We appear to be the first market for its physical media release, which is surprising given the decline in disc sales here and how many distributors have cut back their Blu-ray slates.

Consequently, there aren’t online reviews to cite re the quality of the disc.
