New to DocPlay in September

Following its NZ International Film Festival circuit run, In Restless Dreams: The Music of Paul Simon headlines next month’s premieres on DocPlay.
It premieres September 2 and lands 10 days later on Blu-ray. “While full performances of certain songs would have been appreciated, the breadth of ground covered in the film’s 3.5-hour runtime is as impressive as it is engaging,” Blu-ray.com said.
“With a very good video transfer and a captivating audio track, In Restless Dreams: The Music of Paul Simon comes highly recommended to Paul Simon’s fans and those wishing to know more about the artist.”
Also new to DocPlay are:
Murder in the Outback (September 5), which re-examines the 2001 abduction of Falconio and Lees on a lonely Australian highway.
Occupied City (September 12), in which Oscar-winner Steve McQueen uncovers WWII histories “hidden in plain sight”.
After Work (September 19), in which director Erik Gandini decrypts the world of work and its possible futures.
Hearts of Darkness: A Filmmaker’s Apocalypse (September 23), Eleanor Coppola’s candid behind-the-scenes look at her husband’s making of Apocalypse Now.
