New to Neon and SoHo in March

Neon will premiere a slew of new and returning exclusives next month, from ZeroZeroZero to the latest seasons of Mayans MC and The Flash.

ZeroZeroZero (March 8) follows the journey of a cocaine shipment, from when an Italian cartel buys it, to its packaging in Mexico and shipment across the Atlantic Ocean, to its delivery and payment in Europe.

Gabriel Byrne, Andrea Riseborough, Dane DeHaan and Harold Torres star.

Said The Guardian of the eight-episode “part mafia saga, part crime thriller and part family drama”:

This drug trafficking drama based on the work of [Gomorrah writer] Roberto Saviano is a slick affair, but a grim message – and a nihilistic streak – are never far from the surface … By the end of the first episode, it is clear that things are not going to go smoothly and that most of what you would expect from a mafia saga will come into play, from treacherous relatives to hungry, undiscerning pigs.

Empire said it “offers a serious, borderline nihilistic take on an overcrowded genre” and the Independent, “brilliant, bleak escapism“.

Also new will be S3 of New Amsterdam (March 11),  S3 of Mayans MC (March 17) and S7 of The Flash (March 4).

New Amsterdam also will screen 9.30 Sundays from March 21 on SoHo, along with S2 of Yellowstone (8.30 Wednesdays from March 17) and S4 of Snowfall (9.30 Wednesdays from March 10).

Snowfall will stream from February 26 on Neon but SoHo will pip it for The Drowning. It will screen 8.30 Mondays from March 1 but won’t stream until March 28. Reads the blurb:
