New to Neon in March

Sky will stream weekly season three of Westworld the same day it airs on SoHo.

The series is one of several prominent dramas that will stream on Neon, with the first episode landing on March 16.

Also new will be Devs (March 7), Almost Family (March 10) and The Plot Against America (March 17).

Devs and Plot also will screen on SoHo while Almost Family is a Fox TV drama based on Australian series Sisters.

It was poorly reviewed, although Reason hailed it as “easily the most promising series of the fall broadcast season: funny, poignant, and drenched in the chemistry between three charismatic actresses playing women who suddenly learn they’re sisters.”

Dave (March 5) is an FXX comedy based on the life of rapper and comedian Dave Burd, when he was a suburban neurotic in his late 20s, that will stream within 24 hours of its US launch.

Other highlights will include Our Cartoon President (S1-3 from March 2), Room 104 (S3 from March 4) and Funny or Die Presents (S1-2 from March 16).

Movie premieres will include John Wick: Chapter 3 Parabellum (March 5), Godzilla II: King of the Monsters (March 12), Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw (March 26), and Booksmart and X-Men: Dark Phoenix (March 31).

  1. It looks like New Zealand will be getting Hulu next year with Bob Iger announcing that Hulu will be going international in 2021 and as we have got Disney+ it seems logical to include New Zealand. So looking forward to it 🙂

  2. Let’s hope so, Trevor, but I’ve also seen Iger indicate some territories will take longer than others to terminate licensing deals. If NZ is among the first, then Disney+ bundled with Hulu will make it a much more compelling proposition.

  3. Oh well, if New Zealand has to wait a bit longer I don’t mind waiting. I wonder if Sky knows about it 🙂
