New to Neon in November

One of HBO’s most anticipated premieres of the year, Dune: Prophecy, streams on Neon from 4pm November 18.

Reads the blurb to the movie prequel: “Ten thousand years before the ascension of Paul Atreides, two Harkonnen sisters combat forces that threaten the future of humankind and establish the fabled sect that will become known as the Bene Gesserit.”

If that makes absolutely no sense, you just need to know it stars Emily Watson, Olivia Williams and Travis Fimmel — and here’s a primer to the Dune-verse.

Get Millie Black (November 26) is a Channel 4 limited mystery series about a a former Scotland Yard detective who returns home to Jamaica to solve missing persons cases. Per Collider:

Black’s investigations pull her deeper into Kingston’s criminal underbelly, where she stumbles on a dangerous case that threatens her sanity and even her life.

The series will also explore her dynamic with a sister who’s lost her way to the point of refusing help.

Returning for new seasons are Yellowstone S5B (November 11), Outlander S7B (November 23) and The Sex Lives of College Girls S3 (November 11).
