New to Prime Video in November

Prime Video adds golf to its live sports roster in November, with the return of The Skins Game for the first time since 2008.

It will stream from 3am November 29 and lead into the third annual Black Friday Football game and a new NBA doubleheader.

Competing at the Panther National course in South Florida will be 2025 FedExCup Champion and seven-time DP World Tour champion Tommy Fleetwood, 16-time PGA Tour winner Justin Thomas, two-time major champion Xander Schauffele and eight-time PGA Tour winner Keegan Bradley.

The format will be true to the traditional ‘skins’ competition, where each hole carries a dollar value and tied holes roll over to raise the stakes.

The twist is a “reverse purse”: all players will begin the competition with USD$1 million on the scoreboard and fans will see their fortunes rise and fall with every hole won or lost, adding tension, drama and strategy to every shot.

Leading the scripted premieres will be the season two return of Landman and David Duchovny’s latest seres, Malice.

The latter is a revenge thriller about a charismatic tutor who charms his way into the world of a wealthy family and tries to destroy it.

Jack Whitehall, Carice van Houten, Christine Adams and Raza Jaffrey co-star.

Tinsel Town stars Kiefer Sutherland as a washed-up Hollywood action hero who takes a role in an English village’s quirky Christmas pantomime, where he finds unexpected inspiration through the show’s straight-talking dance instructor.

Rebel Wilson, Alice Eve, Katherine Ryan and Derek Jacobi co-star.

Another movie, Belén, is based on the true story that sparked an international movement, about a young woman falsely accused of infanticide and the fearless lawyer who takes on the highly controversial, explosive case.

It’s billed as “equal parts gripping courtroom drama, searing critique of systemic injustice, and celebration of resilience and sisterhood” (view the trailer here).

There’s also the Kevin James action comedy Playdate while new for animation fans are Gotham spin-off BAT-FAM and the dark and edgy The Mighty Nein (view the trailer here).

The former follows Batman, Alfred, and young Damian Wayne – now having taken on the mantle of “Little Batman” – as they welcome a few new residents to Wayne Manor: Alicia Pennyworth, Alfred’s free-spirited grandniece; Claire, a recently reformed Super-Villain; Ra’s al Ghul, Damian’s adoring “Pap Pap” who also happens to be Batman’s longtime nemesis; and Man-Bat, who takes up residence in the Wayne Manor belfry.

Luke Wilson, Elio’s Yonas Kibreab and James Cromwell lend their voices (view the trailer here).
