Examines how Dr. Larry Nassar, who for over two decades was the osteopathic physician for the U.S. women’s Olympic gymnastics team, sexually assaulted numerous female athletes without consequence. Equally disturbing, the film shows how powerful institutions and athletic organisations allegedly protected Nassar.
HBO Doco: Running With Beto (July 21, 9.30)
Behind-the-scenes account of Democratic Congressman Beto O’Rourke’s rise from being virtually unknown to national political sensation. Running with Beto gives viewers unprecedented access into the personal and political toll which running for office can take on a candidate and his family, capturing revealing moments throughout the gruelling journey.
