New to TVNZ+: February 15-21

If not for the linear debuts of new and returning shows on TVNZ 1 and TVNZ 2, mid-February on TVNZ+ would be bereft of worthwhile series premieres.

The only newcomer exclusive to the streaming service are three seasons of the movie spin-off Taken (previously Sky Open), about an ex-CIA agent exacting revenge (February 19), and S3 of Love Island Australia (February 19).

At least movie fans can enjoy from February 15:

• House of Gucci
• Hercules
• Apocalypse Now Redux
• Lars and the Real Girl
• Lean on Pete

And from February 18:

• Come to Daddy
• The Deer Hunter
• The True History of the Kelly Gang.
