New to TVNZ+: June 20-26

Just in time for the school holidays is kidult newcomer Baddies (June 30).
It’s set in small-town NZ, where a quick-witted 13-year-old mischief-maker is sent to Camp Halliwell for stealing a police car from his dad and falls in with three other “baddies”. Reads the rest of the blurb:
When their botched escape uncovers a gang of bumbling bank robbers hiding nearby, the kids are thrown into a wild adventure that tests their courage, loyalty, and sense of right and wrong. As the robbers take over the camp, Jack learns that being a “goodie” or a “baddie” is something you choose — not something you are.
Terence Daniel, Te Kohe Tuhaka and Jennifer Ward-Lealand star.
Fractures (June 21) is an eight-part Icelandic thriller about a newly-divorced ER doctor who moves with her teenage daughter to the tiny fishing village where she grew up with her psychic mother — and where the ghosts of her past still haunt her.
The highly acclaimed I Am: Celine Dion (June 26) is billed as “a raw and honest behind-the-scenes look” at the iconic superstar’s struggle with a life-altering illness.
Time called it “the opposite of a vanity project … intimate and gently moving.”
Also new are rock band drama Daisy Jones & The Six, which first streamed on Prime Video (June 22); true-crime docuseries The Pillowcase Murders, which depicts how a “diabolical sociopath” on his day job killed dozens of senior citizens across Dallas (June 26); and the movies Aftersun, Reality and Sanctuary (June 23).
As well as live FIFA World Cup and ANZ Premiership Netball coverage, there are the TVNZ linear debuts of Missed Call, Don’t Date Brandon, Don’t Get Married, World’s Most Dangerous Roads, Would I Lie To You?, Wild Kai Legends S6, The Great Escapers: The Chase Special and Grand Designs UK S23, as previewed here.
