November Auction Date for Belated Block Finale

The Block NZ season finale, in which the season-nine homes will go under the hammer, will screen in November.

Three had to postpone the event because of the COVID lockdown’s impact on production.

THE BLOCK NZ 2021 AUCTION GRAND FINAL IS COMING TO THREE IN NOVEMBER!

In one of the most anticipated television events of the year, Three is excited to announce the four spectacular Point Chevalier homes from The Block NZ season nine are set to go under the hammer and the results will be broadcast in The Block NZ 2021 Grand Final in November.

The auction itself will take place on November 6th and will be a virtual event conducted by The Block NZ’s real estate partner Ray White.

The auction outcome and reveal of the winner of The Block NZ 2021 will be broadcast on Three and ThreeNOW soon after – broadcast details will be announced soon

This season the teams have produced some of the best designs the show has ever seen and the houses are now open for inspection virtually at Ray White

Three will broadcast all the exciting auction bidding activity and reveal the winning team who will take home the grand prize of $100,000.

Under the rules of the competition, all teams will take home any profit their houses earn above the auction reserve price. The additional $100,000 grand prize is awarded to the team that makes the greatest profit.

The four houses are generating strong buyer interest and potential bidders should act now to inspect the homes and register for the November 6th auction. Interested parties can visit Ray White for more details.

Three is delighted to see these four homes go to auction following the ups and downs, including forced production delays, brought on by Covid-19 over the past 18-months.
