Nutty Pop-Up Stunt on Sky

Sky will commemorate Jerry Lewis’ death with a pop-up double-bill of two of his signature movies.

The Nutty Professor and The Bellboy will screen in HD on channel 035 from 8.30 tonight.

Lewis wrote, produced and directed many of his own films, including these two.

“He’s universally recognised as one of the most influential comedians of all time,” Sky’s Director of Entertainment, Travis Dunbar, says.

“He’s a cinematic icon in France where he’s been lauded for decades; and the celebration of his career continues to permeate the international entertainment press from the moment his passing was announced.

“At Sky Movies we simply want to acknowledge his talent with his two most iconic films on a timely pop-up.”

The pop-up channel will run until 10.45pm Wednesday for domestic customers with the Sky Movies package.
