Three to Launch Ryan Bridge Today

Ryan Bridge TODAY will premiere on Three on August 4.

The NZ Herald breakfast news hit will air 7am weekdays and continue to stream on ThreeNow and Herald Now.

“Ryan Bridge TODAY marks the return of the morning news experience to Three, providing viewers with a trusted destination for news and current affairs at the start of the day,” the network says.

Before Warner Bros. Discovery slashed Three’s news and current affairs coverage, Bridge was going to helm a new 7pm successor to The Project.

Previously he co-hosted Three’s breakfast show, AM.

This will be the first time TVNZ 1’s revamped Breakfast has faced competition from a news rival on Three, which is now owned by Sky, since AM went off-air two years ago.
