Sky Scares Up Halloween Treat
Good news, bad news — Sky has delayed the premiere of The Shining spin-off Doctor Sleep but will include it in a Halloween weekend of pop-up horror movies.
Doctor Sleep will now debut on Sky Movies and Neon on October 18 instead of September 6; replacing it on Sunday will be 21 Bridges.
Doctor Sleep also will help to anchor the Halloween Movies Pop-Up channel, which will run from October 30-November 2.
The marathon of mayhem will open with the 2009 reboot of Friday the 13th and close on a lighter note with Ghostbusters II.
