Sneak Peek: Duke October to January
New series about to how to build a car and how to defuse a bomb are among the premieres due on Duke between October and January.
The spring schedule was unveiled to media buyers with two new 8.30 flagships.
The COVID-19 postponed Late Night Big Breakfast, in which John Leigh Harte and Jason Hoyte host a prime-time breakfast TV show, will screen on Sundays and How to Build a Motorcar on Wednesdays.
The latter is a nuts-and-bolts look at what goes on under the bonnet in factories as diverse as the Bentley complex in Cheshire and the Maserati plant in Italy.
Promises the publicity: “The is the ultimate guide to the fascinating world of a cart manufacture, as it’s never been seen before.”
Also new will be Inside the Bomb Squad and season two of Drug Wars.
The rest of the schedule will continue to comprise weekend and Tuesday movie slots, The Simpsons, Family Guy and South Park, and a Thursday night double-bill of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and 8 Out of 10 Cats.
