Streaming Catch-Up: See, Thirteen Lives, Paper Girls, Hocus Pocus …

The third and final season of See will stream from August 26 on Apple TV+.

The Jason Momoa series is set in a brutal and primitive future, hundreds of years after humankind has lost the ability to see.

In the eight-part S3, almost a year has passed since Baba Voss defeated his nemesis brother Edo and bid farewell to his family to live remotely in the forest.

But when a Trivantian scientist develops a new and devastating form of sighted weaponry that threatens the future of humanity, Baba returns to Paya in order to protect his tribe once more.

On August 5, Prime Video will release director Ron Howard’s Thirteen Lives, a dramatisation of the tremendous global effort to rescue the Thai soccer team that was trapped in the Tham Luang cave during an unexpected rainstorm.

Viggo Mortensen, Colin Farrell, Joel Edgerton, Tom Bateman and Paul Gleeson star.

Prime Video’s also released a trailer for Paper Girls, a coming-of-age series about four paper delivery girls who become caught in the crossfire between warring time travellers.

All eight episodes will stream from July 29.

Disney+ has revealed Modern Family’s Jesse Tyler Ferguson and one of Time magazine’s “100 Most Influential People” JoJo Siwa will guest star in S3 of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series (July 27).

It’s also released a teaser trailer for Hocus Pocus 2, which will stream from September 30.
