The final season opens following the closure of Morale Secondary. Reads the blurb: “Otis and Eric now face a new frontier – their first day at Cavendish Sixth Form College. Otis is nervous about setting up his new clinic, whilst Eric is praying they won’t be losers again. But Cavendish is a culture shock for all the Moordale students – they thought they were progressive but this new college is another level.”

The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart (Prime Video, August 4)

Seven-part Australian series about an orphaned nine-year-old who goes to live on her grandmother’s flower farm, where she learns that there are secrets within secrets about her and her family’s past. Glendyn Ivin (Penguin Bloom, Safe Harbour) directs Sigourney Weaver, Frankie Adams and Alycia Debnam-Carey.

Killers of the Flower Moon (AppleTV+, TBA)

Martin Scorsese’s “epic western crime drama” will be released theatrically on October 19 and probably will stream a few weeks later.  It dramatises how white interlopers manipulated, extorted and stole from the oil-rich Osage Nation before resorting to murder. Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro star.

The Morning Show (Apple TV+, September 13)

S3 of The Morning Show, which already has been renewed for S4, will land with two episodes, with the remaining eight rolling out a week apart. Reads the blurb: “This season, the future of the network is thrown into question and loyalties are pushed to the brink when a tech titan takes an interest in UBA. Unexpected alliances form, private truths are weaponised, and everyone is forced to confront their core values both in and out of the newsroom.”
