    Die Hard was in 5.1, which was awesome.

  2. Yippee-ki-yay! Thanks for the update — it’s exceptionally rare for TV3 to omit that kind of detail from its publicity. Not so unusual is its reluctance to air 2.35:1 movies in their original aspect ratio. The first time it ran Die Hard it was in 1.85:1 (except for the opening credits). I presume the same was true of the re-run?
