I suspect that Terra Nova will bomb in the ratings as it’s slow for the first six or seven episodes. Only gets interesting in the last four …
I suspect you may be right, hence TV3 scheduling it 7.30 Saturdays, the least important night of the week for ad revenue. Besides, why waste better shows against a perennial favourite like TV2’s American Idol?
I hope that it doesn’t bomb and I am really looking forwards to watching this series. I definitely enjoy series or movies with plenty of action, but I also enjoy slow burning series, provided that they have a good story line. Just because Terra Nova may be slow initially shouldn’t put people off watching the series.
