TVNZ 1 Scores Harry: The Interview

TVNZ 1’s launch of Frozen Planet II will be pre-empted by Harry: The Interview.

The 90-minute promotion for the prince’s autobiography will air 7.30 Monday, within hours of its ITV premiere.

Here’s the media release:

TVNZ will broadcast a special interview with Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, next Monday in which he will talk in-depth to Tom Bradby, journalist and ITV News at Ten presenter, covering a range of subjects including his personal relationships, never-before-heard details surrounding the death of his mother, Diana, and a look ahead at his future.

The 90-minute programme, produced by ITN Productions, will be broadcast just before Prince Harry’s autobiography ‘Spare’ is published on 10 January, by Transworld.

The book has been billed by publisher Penguin Random House as “a landmark publication full of insight, revelation, self-examination, and hard-won wisdom about the eternal power of love over grief”.

Filmed in California, where Harry now lives, Harry: The Interview sees the Prince go into unprecedented depth and detail on life in and out of the Royal Family.

Speaking to Tom Bradby, who he has known for more than 20 years, Prince Harry shares his personal story, in his own words.

I may get the book on Kindle. I see Pamela Anderson has got an autobiography coming on January 31st, it will be an interesting read after Pam & Tommy, that was quite something 😁

  2. Here I was looking forward to Frozen Planet II and they’ve bumped it for this. I despair.

  3. Maybe TVNZ should stay away from Royal docos and let Three have a chance picking up more royal docos.

  4. There’s only one way I can really show my support for these two and that’s by sitting in the (probable) rain watching the grass grow when TVNZ plays this out. I hope Netflix, Spotify, his/their publisher, WBD and ITV lose a ton on money on them, so I/we do not have to listen to their BS anymore.

  5. Going by Instagram it looks like Three’s Harry interview will be the winner going by the likes 😁
